Course Information
The assessment is to assess the driving proficiency of older vocational licence drivers in terms of their reflexes, reaction times, physical control of vehicle, etc and to ensure that this group of vocational licence drivers are certified fit to continue driving a Public Service Vehicle (PSV) beyond the age of 70.
Enrolment Requirements
Applicants who have been approved to attend the driving assessment are required to enrol within 3 months and complete the driving assessment within 6 months from the date of notification letter from LTA.
Please bring along all enrolment documents listed below to enrol in-person at our Registration Counter from Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5pm to book a driving assessment slot. Kindly note that phone booking will not be entertained.
Enrolment Documents:
- Identity Card: Physical NRIC Card, valid SG Passport or Digital Identity Card via Singpass App
- SG Driving Licence: Valid QDL Card or Digital Driving Licence via Singpass App
- Original Notification Letter from LTA
- The second SMS from LTA informing that the medical examination has been passed
- Nets/Cash Card/PayNow
- Enrol in person (Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5pm only, excluding public holidays)

Course Fee
- First Assessment: $88.55 (inclusive of 9% GST)
- Re-Assessment: $56.05 (inclusive of 9% GST)
- Payment Mode: Nets/Cash Card/PayNow

- Assessment Duration: 30 minutes

Reporting
- Must be in proper attire: Polo tee or shirt with long pants/jeans and shoes (Wearing of slippers, sandals, singlet, shorts or Bermudas will not be permitted)
- Lateness for assessment will be considered as absent.
Procedure
- Assessment will be conducted using auto transmission car.
- Class 3 bus drivers must arrange their own Class 3 bus to drive for the on-road assessment.
