Virtual Agent Chat With Us

By using the BBDC’s Chat with Us (‘Virtual Agent’), you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions:

  • You are aware that the Virtual Agent is a machine learning algorithm that generates approximate replies to the inquiries and you would take due diligence to confirm with the counter service the information that you would be relied upon as such.
  • BBDC does not guarantee its accuracy, adequacy, timeliness, completeness or reasonableness of the information including without limitation to any statement, amount, fee, data, text, links, opinion, view or estimate provided by the Virtual Agent and expressly disclaims liability for any errors in, or omissions from such information and replies.
  • Neither BBDC nor the Virtual Agent undertakes an obligation to update the information or to correct any inaccuracy that may become apparent at a later time. All information provided is subject to change without notice.
  • BBDC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly howsoever in connection with or as a result of you or any other person acting on any information provided by the Virtual Agent.
  • You agree and accept BBDC’s Data Protection Statement and its Terms of Use.

Without limitation to the generality of the above, you agree and confirm that BBDC shall in no event be liable for such direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages or economic loss whatsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Virtual Agent, including but not limited to losses, damages or costs suffered or incurred by you arising from or referable or consequential to any request, instruction or information given by you on the Virtual Agent;

You hereby agree to indemnify and keep BBDC and/or its service providers harmless from any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, liabilities, claims or proceedings which BBDC and/or its service providers may suffer as a result of or in relation to your inquiries and your use or purported use of the Virtual Agent.

BBDC reserves the right to vary or delete any of these terms and conditions without notice.  These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
