We are unable to check your DIPS’s booked date and time in our ‘Chat with Us’.  You can only refer to your course receipt, contact our hotline at 1800 666 8888 or email us to check your training date.

After online enrolment, no SMS or email will be sent.   

If you are unable to print or screenshot the receipt, you may still attend the lesson with your valid NRIC/FIN Card and Qualified Driving Licence.

If you have selected the wrong course type for DIPS course, please state your issue via our Online Feedback under ‘Customer Service Related’ for further assistance.

If you have lost/misplaced the DIPS Letter from Traffic Police, you may want to enrol online.

If you have missed your DIPS course, you have to get approval from Traffic Police first before you can re-register.
