SDC Course Related Q&A

1) I would like to check my SDC Training Date

We are unable to check your SDC’s booked date and time in our ‘Chat with Us’.  You can only refer to your course receipt, contact our hotline at 1800 666 8888 or email us to check your training date.

2) SDC Course Receipt

After online enrolment, no SMS or email will be sent.   

If you are unable to print or screenshot the receipt, you may still attend the lesson with your valid NRIC/FIN Card and Qualified Driving Licence.

3) SDC Course Available Date and Time

For course schedule, please click here for reference.  The actual date and time will be provided during online enrolment or registration at Customer Service.

4) I have enrolled the wrong course

If you have selected the wrong course type for SDC course, please state your issue via our Online Feedback under ‘Customer Service Related’ for more assistance.

5) I lost my SDC Letter

If you have lost/misplaced the SDC Letter from Traffic Police, you may want to enrol online.

6) I missed my SDC Lesson

If you have missed/absent from your Safe Driving Course (SDC), you may register for another lesson after the booked lesson is over if your letter’s validity date is still valid. New course fee is applicable.
