He is very patient and has very clear instructors. Under his guidance, I feel comfortable and safe. Whenever I have to do corrections during my parking, he will kindly guide me whenever I ask for help and I really appreciate his guidance. He gives me the opportunities to do the practices and circuits myself and will only correct me after my mistakes. I think this is crucial as it will remind me to not make the same mistakes the next time. It also allows me to grow and learn from my mistakes.

I was involved in an accident during Lesson 1.3 when a car hit us from the back, and it really shook me. By the time Mr. Rosli took me for the first time, I told him I wanted to give up on driving completely.

But from that moment on, Mr. Rosli guided me with so much patience and encouragement. He helped me slowly overcome my fear and, more importantly, made driving fun and enjoyable again. His calm approach and light-hearted lessons really brought back my confidence behind the wheel.

Shukur (6809) is a very friendly instructor and has patiently guided me through my mistakes throughout my practical lessons with him. He pointed out my common mistakes gently and gave me helpful tips that helped me to pass my TPPT on my first try! Shukur has gone out of his way to try and help me obtain revision slots in preparation for my TPPT. During my revision lesson slot with him, he really simulated the driving test conditions and graded me as a tester should which boosted my confidence for areas I was strong in and which areas I needed to work on. He is a fantastic instructor and I would strongly recommend him to anyone taking 3A license at BBDC.

I can’t thank these instructors enough for helping me pass my 2A test. Each instructor brought something invaluable to my learning experience. They are all outstanding teachers.

Jeffrey Ng (6603) and Melvin Leong (6604) were both incredibly patient and had a way of explaining things that just clicked. No matter how many times I struggled with a manoeuvre, they never made me feel pressured—just encouraged me to get it right. Their calm approach gave me the confidence I needed.

Yusoff Khan (6440), Glenn See YY (6343) and Sam Lau SM (6745) had amazing eye for detail. They would spot small mistakes I didn’t even realize I was making and gave me precise feedback that instantly improved my riding. Their knowledge and professionalism really stood out.

Chin BH (6657) and Jeffrey Ng (6603) brought so much energy and passion to the training sessions. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they made even the most nerve-wracking parts of the test prep enjoyable. They pushed me to be a better rider while making sure I always felt supported.

I just passed my TP test today. I just want to say my thanks to the instructors from G8036 for helping and guiding me along the driving lessons.

Team leader, Ryan Tan (6439) did warm up for me before the test and his experience and friendly attitude allows me to pick up on what to look out for. He specifically chose sharp and hard turns so that I know what to do if I find myself in this situation, which did happened during the test.

I would like to thank the instructors, Soh TB (5939), Tan KH (2500), Quek MK (2723), Toh YK (2687), Loh BT (6477) in the group and many other instructors outside of the group. Their professionalism and friendly attitude and patience helped me along the driving lessons. Though I may have made some mistakes along the way, they are patient enough to correct me and ensure that I am doing the correct and safe driving method.

I had my Class 3 practical test on 11 Mar 2025, about 6 weeks after my last practical lesson in end Jan 2025. I was unable to book any additional session online after final lesson for me to prepare for coming practical test, however my group instructor, Mr Chai YZ (6599), managed to arrange 2 lessons for me about a week before test. This has build up my confidence tremendously and I’m able to pass the practical test on 1st Try with 2 demerits.

I would like to compliment Jeffrey Ng (6603) for his professionalism in handling my feedback about an instructor under him. Not only did he handle professionally, he went extra mile to personally take on my next class to ensure I resume confidence and pick up from where I last left off.

In addition, his teaching method put me at ease as he share insights into what is being taught rather than going through motion and throughout the entire lesson, assist and coach me to build up confidence and help me switch from learner mentality to driver mentality.

Additionally, I want to thank the other three instructors who taught me during stage 2, even though they were not part of the group I was in. One of them, M. I started with zero driving knowledge and no knowledge about car parts and started this driving course in BBDC. I had some low confidence and anxiety while driving. However all the instructors are patient and taught me tirelessly beyond their role and responsibilities. I had failed my earlier tests due to Anxiety to pass and not to make mistakes. Due to encouragement of the instructors , I had gained my confident to try again.

Especially Mr Paul Soh is my role model to see such his work ethic to me and others by witnessing. His driving service and morale support made a difference to me. I do also appreciate to all instructors energy and efforts towards me.

Lastly all the driving centre staffs were kind and supportive and patience.

In a group driving instructor situation, a learner can easily feel like no individual instructor cares about her progress and can lose confidence and hope in passing the driving test. I would emphatically say that Terence Ho stood out amongst a whole team of good instructors because of his care and concern for the learner – he helped me arrange additional revision lessons, he remembered what I was weak in and informed his fellow instructors on the Team. He gave me valuable tips on passing the driving test. He gave me confidence and hope. Terence, I would not have passed but for your driving instruction and overall, your service and standard of instruction which is over and above the call of duty.

The journey of taking my Class 3A license at Bukit Batok Driving Centre has been a memorable experience. I started out feeling stressed and worried about my driving, uncertain and anxious on the road. However, with the help of my competent and experienced instructors of Group G8039, I was able to make significant progress with each lesson.

I would like to thank Mr. Mazlan (6056) for his dedication towards his students. An instructor who went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get adequate revisions before my traffic police test. With each revision lesson, he would remember my progress, ensure that I improved and take note of my common mistakes. Every single one of my questions was answered with a detailed explaination by him, ensuring that I understood, and even putting it in practice to help me become a safe and confident driver. He is truly a kind, dedicated instructor with great patience and an incredible amount of experience.

I finally passed my TP test and I will like to say a big thank you to the below driving instructors for their passion and hard work. Heard 2 of them has been transferred out of G8036. I had so many lessons with so many instructors, the 3 of them were the ones who really made an impact.

Mr Loh BT (6477) was always very kind and encouraging, I will always remember him cos he took me for my first lesson and he is always asking about my progress if he ever saw me at BBDC.

Mr Tan HB (2805) took me for the most number of lessons in Stage 2 and 3 and he was very, very nice to me. He was really patient cos I know my driving skills are not very fantastic.

Mr Clement Chan (6658), the ex-team leader for G8036 really went the extra mile to get revision lessons for me, he knows almost everyone in the circuit and he likes to crack a lot of jokes during lesson time which made it easier. He was very positive and encouraging.

I used to be a lot more fearful of driving, and often made careless mistakes, causing me to fail my driving test twice. However, with their help, I passed on the third try with just 8 demerit points! Am very happy and extremely grateful for them.

Jeffrey’s team (G8035) along with instructors Terence Ho JF (6690), Ritz Ong RH (6793) played a big role in helping me get my license. It was a really difficult journey especially with lots of booking issues & it was basically almost impossible to get slots. These instructors went above and beyond to work overtime to help me practice which enabled me to finally pass my driving test. Without their help, I would definitely not have been able to!

Jeffrey Ng (6603) was very patient and helpful throughout with amazing teaching skills, being able to sieve out exactly what I didn’t understand and teach me in a way that took my understanding to the next level.

Driving really isn’t my thing it really took me a few times to pass but with these instructors they really became a support system for me!! Thank you! 🙂

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the instructors from Team G8038 for their continuous support throughout my journey in BBDC. Thank you to Mr Ong Chuan (6646), Paul Soh (6471), and the rest of the instructors for requesting weekend lessons, taking the time to help me gain confidence in my driving skills, and giving me various tips to help me pass my final TP test.

Even though it took me multiple tries to pass my TP test, their encouragement helped me continue with my lessons and not give up. Really appreciate the effort that the instructors have put in into requesting and giving weekend lessons due to my work schedule. Sorry, I couldn’t get all of their names as they were not available on the BBDC website!

I started the practical lesson full of fear, always anxious and was quite a slow learner. I now passed my test at 1st try and left BBDC with confidence, more comfortable behind the wheels and enjoy driving.

This is possible with the guidance from G8039 instructors whom I am so grateful to. They were very patient and taught me very earnestly, instilling in me to be a better and safe driver.

My heartfelt thanks to instructor Mr. Mazlan (6056), Syafiq (6844) and Hazlan (6426) whom I spent quite a number of lessons with. Especially grateful to Mr Mazlan whom I had spent 22 lessons with. I can never thank him enough for his dedication in teaching to ensure I get my driving techniques correct and drive with safety in mind. Mr. Mazlan strictness is always for students’ benefit as he wants us to be a safe qualified driver in future. Their patience, attention to detail, and thorough guidance greatly helped me improve. Mr. Ong’s precision sharpened my skills during road and circuit lessons, while Mr. Phang’s methodical approach to circuit parking made it much less intimidating. Mr. Soh shared circuit and road tips that always worked, explaining them in the context of how a car operates, which made learning intuitive. Mr. Tan identified key areas for improvement during revisions, helping me refine my techniques. Finally, Mr. Paul provided detailed feedback throughout the learning and revision process, continuously checking in on me and offering valuable reminders right up to test day.

Took my 2B here at BBDC. If there’s 1 main thing I would say about my 2B experience with BBDC is that the team of motorcycle instructors really have heart in their work and service. They are dedicated in teaching and guiding students. Some are friendlier than others, some seem fiercer but all of them have heart and are excellent. Feel like they are really quite people-centred. They hold up standard in their service, ensuring we students really are competent before moving on to another lesson. They patiently answer questions and may call out your mistakes, but they are all constructive. A great bunch of people!

Special shout-out to full-time motorcycle instructor Mr Amirul (6855) who was the instructor I had repeatedly, taking me for several of my motorcycle lessons. Learnt and passed 5 out of the 6 circuit courses with him, went on RCs and RRs with him and finally for EFR after passing TP test on 1st attempt. He is clear, simple and focused in his explanations, skilled, kind, patient and chill. Strict with the standards but because of his kind, patient and chill personality, it was not stressful to learn with him and makes learning easier.

Mr Ong, in particular, played a key role in my improvement. My circuit was a major issue when I first started out, but thanks to his clear tips and constant support, I saw huge progress. I am from G8035 and I want to sincerely convey my gratitude to these instructors:

Tang MY (2024) taught me a few times including the orientation day. He gave me some useful tips and he was very patient. Yeow KH (2323) taught me once and he taught me how to do corrections for the courses in the circuit. He also gave me some useful tips. Tan MY (2489) taught me once and he was very patient. He asked me which courses I was unsure and he demonstrated to me. On the road, he told me to look out for signs correctly, especially the U-turn sign. Ong RH (6793) helped me a lot in most of the circuit courses, especially the S course that I did not master well. He taught me how to use the small window to gauge my sighting point for S course and from then on, I never hit the kerb anymore. Leow KO (2028) taught me twice and he was very detailed in explaining to me my mistakes and what to look out for. Lai WF (2803) taught me a few times and he gave useful tips such as checking the countdown of the traffic light. Lim HK (2365) taught me once but he also gave me useful tips like checking the side roads.

I would also like to thank these instructors as I am not from fixed group: Muhd Sharif (6870), Ong HT (6631), Pang KT (2147), Ananthaaragavan (6858), Noorhisam (2813) and Tang Hao (6726)– they taught me once and he gave me useful tips. Mohd Wanda (2869) – he taught me quite a lot of times and with his good nagging, I can push more further. Lim HK (6642) – he taught me once and he taught me how to check my blindspot for DC.

Thank you to the 3 warm up instructors. They gave me useful tips and make me less nervous.

Thank you instructors for teaching me patiently even though I may be blur or slow or forgetful in learning but thank you for not giving up on me and I have more confidence in my driving. I finally passed my TP test today with 10 points. Without the useful tips and the constant lecturing, I may not be very skilled in driving 🙂 I would always remember the things that you all have told me and apply every time when I am on the road :>

Mr Harith (6792) has been very helpful throughout my learning journey here at BBDC. His clear guidance, patience and continuous support has made learning much more enjoyable and less stressful. I was not able to pass my TP till my fourth try due to the nerves getting the best of me during the tests.

Despite that, he was very patient with me every revision and went through each course thoroughly to ensure I was able to pass my TP.

I would like to thank Mr Gary Ho SP (2710) for always being friendly and patient when clarifying my doubts during my revision lesson. He also went above and beyond his duties by securing me additional revision slots as I wasn’t very confident for my TP. I enjoyed my revision lesson with him and was very fortunate to have met him. With his guidance, I was able to try many tight turns and short distance lane changes which contributed greatly to passing my TP!

I would also like to express my gratitude to Ms Adeline Mok (6632) for always taking time to clear my doubts on more technical aspects of my driving, correcting and refining my skills in a timely manner. Thank you to all G8035 instructors for your patience and guidance. I just passed my TP on 4th January 2025 on my first attempt.

Special thanks to Mr Lai WF (2803) for your consistent patience. He gives students the encouragement and more confidence to go by their natural instincts. Mr Leow KO (2028) gives very clear feedback and guides you when you make a mistake. He has given me several useful pointers, which I had remembered till my TP test. Mr Lim HK (2365) is an experienced instructor who taught directional change in a very simple and easy way. He makes the session enjoyable and fun and is very direct in giving feedback. Mr Yeow TH (6323) has been my consistent instructor. Took him for 5 times! Although he can be on the strict side, he gives several useful pointers and demonstrates to me how to steer the S course when I was still getting the hang of it. Mr Yeow KH (2323) is a very patient instructor. Very fatherly too! He guides you along in detail throughout the session. Mr Ritz Ong RH (6793) is a chill and relaxed instructor. He makes your practical session comfortable throughout!

I would like to thank Terence Ho JF (6690) for his guidance and support throughout my learning journey in BBDC. Nearing my final practical test, I was very unsure if I could pass. He helped to arrange multiple revision lessons to build up my confidence and skills. During the revision lessons, he took time to point out areas that I often made mistakes and overlooked (e.g stop lines, one-way streets etc.) and with more practice, I was able to pass the test on my first try.

Alongside him, other BBDC instructors include: Jeffrey Ng (6603), Ritz Ong RH (6793), and Alan Yeow TH (6323). All the instructors were very patient and encouraging. A big thank you everyone!

I had 2 practical lessons the day before my TPPT with Instructor Ryan Tan (6439), the group leader of G8036. The lessons I had with him were the most useful practical lessons I ever had throughout my journey at BBDC. He was extremely helpful and friendly. When I made mistakes, he would not resort to anger or scolding but instead patiently guided me to help me understand my mistakes and provided me with steps to ensure I don’t make them again. He was also very helpful and proactive in offering me advice for my TPPT, from telling me the points I should take note of, the most common mistakes people made in circuit during TPPT, to how I should dress for the test. He also gave me very clear instructions about where I should go on the day of the test and what I should do after the test. He even kindly walked me to the room where I had to wait for the practical warm up session, ensuring that I wouldn’t feel more nervous on the test date itself from not knowing where to go. I believe the revision lessons I had with him was the reason that helped me to pass my test! I am very grateful for his effective and kind guidance!

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for the guidance, patience, and dedication demonstrated by all the instructors who have taught me before in Group G8038 in BBDC. Right from the start of my learning, all the instructors in my group were very patient all the way up till the end. Most of them really listen and help me practice on my weaker subjects again and again, and they made sure I was very well prepared before going for my test. I would also like to commend the G8038 instructors on their emphasis placed on safety throughout the training.

I would like to especially thank Mr. Paul Soh (6471) for going the extra mile for me. After I failed my first test out of carelessness, I was extremely disheartened, and he went above and beyond to help me improve and ensure that I had sufficient revision slots before my second TP, which was in more than a month, which I then passed. He even encouraged me the night before my test and gave me some final tips that could help me! Really an amazing instructor.

Thank you once again for all your unwavering support and guidance. I am truly grateful for everything you have done to help me pass!!

Would like to give a huge thanks to Instructor Yau HL (6025) and Instructor Paul Soh (6471) for guiding me through my Class 3A driving lessons. I am especially appreciative for their actions when I had to attempt my first and second TP test. In both tests, both helped me book additional revision lessons by providing OT. Especially for Mr Paul Soh, he went out of his way to give me advice about tricky driving test routes to look out for. One that I find very effective and helpful.

These 2 instructors extra initiative, attention to details and hard working aspects to provide the best education to their students is truly worth every word of praise. I hope this feedback gets to them and benefit them in whatever way possible.

Managed to book a last minute slot to practice circuit and road 1 day before my TP test. The practical was the last slot of the day. My instructor, Sharif (6870) was really kind as he told me to just calm down and drive safely. Of course I was nervous because of the anxiety of test the following day but I just did as instructed and Sharif reassured me that everything was going to be fine.

The day of my TP, it rained and the anxiety kicked in again, but I thought back and followed through whatever Sharif advised. Managed to pass the TP with a decent point. So thank you so much Sharif! I really appreciate your patience and prudence!

Big thanks to Mr Lau BW (6807) and Mr Thng HS (2276) who took me for my Class 3 practical sessions. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and gave extremely clear instructions. I finished all my classes successfully in ~1 month and passed my TP test on the first try, thanks to them both (especially Mr Lau with whom I took quite a few lessons with)!
