1) Without appointment, can I come to BBDC?

2) Do I need to make an appointment?
If you wish to enrol in person, you will require to Make an Appointment first for counter service.
If you have enrolled online and need to do identity verification/eyesight test/photo-taking, please proceed to Customer Service (refer to CS operating hours). No appointment is required.
For school members who require assistance on their school course, please fill in our Feedback Form.
3) Unable to see any appointment slots
If the date is highlighted in red, it means the appointments are fully booked/not released/blocked. Please choose from the available dates or wait for new slots to be released.
4) How to cancel/change or what if I am late for the appointment?
If you cannot make it for the appointment, you may book another appointment from Make an Appointment. Previous appointments will be cancelled, only the last made appointment will be retained.
Late comer after 15 minutes of appointment from start-time will not be entertained.
5) Release of Appointment Slots
We do not set a fixed date to release appointment slots, slots release is subjected to the take-up rate.
6) Need Urgent Booking or Request for Waitlist
All appointments are subjected to availability through our online appointment, based on first come first serve. Walk-in or waitlist appointment is unavailable. There is no fixed date for releasing of new appointment slots.
7) I would like to make an appointment
You may make an appointment at Make An Appointment. Please read the important notes before making an appointment.
8) I did not receive email confirmation
An email will be sent to you upon submission of the appointment if you had stated your email address. Please check your spam mail if you did not receive it in your inbox. Otherwise, fill up our Online Feedback and select ‘Visitors Appointment Related’, we will get back to you the soonest.
