DRIVING INSTRUCTOR / INSTRUCTRESS
Gross S$2,700 – S$3,000 (excluding overtime)
Responsibilities
- Coach theoretical and practical lessons for motorcar / motorcycle.
- Teach and motivate customers assigned.
- A good driver.
- To promote safe driving.
- Maintain and upkeep of training equipment and resources.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- No experience required, training will be provided.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level, Nitec / ITE / ITC or equivalent.
- Possess valid Singapore Class 3A (Auto) / Class 3 (manual) driving licence for 3 years or more.
- Willing to perform morning / afternoon shift on weekly rotation basis, including weekends.
- Bilingual, preferably fluent in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Remuneration package up to S$3,000 (Gross excluding OT) for Diploma / A level Holder.

HR & PURCHASING MANAGER
To report directly to General Manager in HR & Purchasing functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
HR functions:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Purchasing functions:
- Develop and implement Purchasing strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Reviews and processes purchase orders to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
- Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.
- Identify and engage potential vendors while negotiating contracts.
- Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary.
- Monitor purchasing technology trends and oversee implementation when necessary.
- Researches and evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, pricing and services.
- Ensure the quality of procured items and resolve issues on a promptly manners.
Requirements
- People oriented and results driven.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of MOM guidelines, Employment Laws and HR as well as Purchasing best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources, supply chain management, logistics or related field with 5 years working experience as HR & Purchasing Manager.
Working days – Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm.
