Please be informed that PayNow Top Up Service will be unavailable on 20 October 2022 from 00:00hr to 03:00hr (3 hours) for system maintenance. Customers are advised to do top up early.

We are pleased to inform you that with effect from 17th October 2022, we will be launching our new booking interface for all learners. You are welcome to share your experience and thoughts on the new booking interface by dropping us an email at customerservice@bbdc.sg.
You may login via ‘Login’ → ‘Motorcycle Course Only’ to try out the new booking interface (Applicable to Motorcar/Conversion learner).
Please note that PayNow Top-Up under the new booking interface will only be available from 17th October 2022. Learners who wish to perform a PayNow top-up are encouraged to login using the old booking interface (Motorcar/Conversion Only).
New Features:

You may read through the ‘Tutorial’ found in the new booking interface for useful information on how to facilitate your booking, cancellation, reporting for lesson, etc.
With effect from 17 October 2022 (Monday), customers under G8011 will start and end practical lessons at BBDC Circuit. Kindly check your Reporting Area and Car No. using BBDC mobile app.
Please do not report to Bukit Gombak Stadium Carpark.

With effect from 15 August 2022, Motorcycle Learners will be using our newly launched booking interface.
What’s new in our new booking interface:
1. Improved user experience and enhanced security
2. Display mandatory training in ‘Booking’ Tab to track learner’s progression
3. Ease in tracking status of lesson and many more
Watch our new interface tutorial video at our Motorcycle Office or you can use our designated computer at our Self Service Terminal (SST) to try out the new booking interface with your BBDC account.
We will be closed on Tuesday 9 August 2022 for National Day. We will resume our business as usual on Wednesday 10 August 2022.

With effect from 20 June 2022, customers may book up to *3 TPDS slots at once (Interval of at least 3 days between each TPDS slot). During booking of TPDS, please select “TP Driving Simulator Module” as the lesson code: TPDS 1, 2 & 3 will be renamed as TPDS 0.
In order to better plan for your practical training and be prepared for your practical test, you are strongly advised to book and secure your remaining TPDS slot(s) now so as to avoid any delay in your progress. Please avoid cancelling your TPDS booking as the next TPDS slot will be few months away from the date you have booked. Slots availability is based on first-come-first-serve basis.
*NOTE:
- If you have already booked/completed 1 TPDS, you are only allowed to book 2 TPDS slots.
- If you have already booked/completed 2 TPDS, you are only allowed to book 1 TPDS slot.
- You are only allowed to select and confirm 1 TPDS slot each time. Upon confirmation, you may immediately book for the next TPDS slot with an interval of at least 3 days between each TPDS slot.
- Customers with existing TPDS slot booked under Lesson code: ‘TPDS 1, 2 or 3’ may still attend TPDS as per booked. You are advised to book the remaining TPDS under ‘TPDS 0’ as soon as possible.
Please be informed that our Customer Service will be CLOSED on 10 & 11 July 2022 (Sunday & Monday). Business will resume as usual on 12 July 2022 (Tuesday).
REMINDER: If you have booked for practical or theory lesson(s) scheduled on 11 July 2022 (Monday), please report as per scheduled.

With effect from 18 May 2022 (Wednesday), all visitors/customers shall enter BBDC premises via the MAIN LOBBY and exit via side gate linked to BBDC Public Carpark (Exit remains unchanged).
- Due to space constraint, customers reporting for lesson/test are advised to wait at designated reporting areas and refrain from crowding at the lobby. Customers who have a valid BBDC account are allowed entry into BBDC premises.
- Visitors coming for Enquiry and Enrolment of Driving/Riding Courses are allowed entry to BBDC premises with valid Appointment Confirmation Email. (https://info.bbdc.sg/visitor-appointment/)
*NOTE: Customers reporting for Practical/Theory Lesson or TPDS after 5pm on weekends, please enter and exit via the GUARD HOUSE (circuit gate along the main road). Main entrance will be closed at 5pm on weekends.
