• This form is for top-up amount not being reflected in your BBDC account. 
• Please check the amount in your BBDC Transaction Accounts after 14 working days (for internet fund transfer) or 7 working days (for PayNow) from the date of this submission.
• For matters relating to membership, renewal or payment and any other matters, please utilise our Feedback Form. 
• Please do not submit this form more than once within the 14-day as additional submissions will cause delay in processing. 
• We will expedite the matter as soon as we can.

Note:

• Please top up only via PayNow QR Code (after logged into BBDC Account), click here for more information. You will require PC and Mobile Banking devices to perform the transaction. 
• Do not top-up via BBDC UEN/ACCOUNT NO. or PayNow of less than $30 as it will result in a delayed transaction.
